How to Access an Appointment as an Administrator

1. Access the dashboard: Log into Bizzll and enter your business administration panel.

2. Two access methods:

   • From the main screen: check the summary of upcoming appointments

   • From the side menu: go to “Virtual Office” → “Appointments”

3. View options: You can view your appointments in daily, weekly, or monthly view

4. Joining the meeting:

   • The “Join Meeting” button activates 30 minutes before the appointment

   • When clicked, you automatically enter the video call on Jitsi Meet

5. Recommendation: Enter a few minutes early to make sure everything is ready
